I'm not sure you're still around these days, but there was a demo made in 2000 (updated in 2006) called Risen from Oblivion VDC. It is extremely well done and really does push the VDC in all its modes, complete with moving graphics. It exercises the 16k and 64k versions to their maximum potential. It's compatible both with PAL and NTSC.
