Kipperterm 128 Coming Soon
Re: Kipperterm 128 Coming Soon

I don't know anything about Kipperterm. Is it usable with Commodore modems and with external modems connected to the Commodore via a Swiftlink or Turbo-232 cartridge?

Oh, interesting. AFAIK, Desterm 3.02 was the last C128 modem terminal program developed. It was released in the early 2000's and was supposed to be SuperCPU 128/Swiftlink/Turbo-232 compatible. However, it was buggy. Since then, no other C128 modem terminal program has been developed.

Heh, I telnet by using a C128 in 80-column mode, a 56K external modem, a Turbo-232, and Desterm 2.01 and logging into my dial-up shell account. I get to the shell prompt and type in the command "telnet" followed by the address to where I am going.
