ARM's 512MB Chip would have enough memory to Emulate the C64.

ARM came out wih a new chip with 512 Megabytes on board.  I'm thinking it would be possible to emulate the Commodore 64 or a C-64 like machine because the chip has enough memory.
The have 512 M of Flash ad 80KB of Ram.
The chip is the STM32L15 , 152 and 162 series.  These are the low power CPUs but they have faster chips.
Are there possibilities here?

Is there an exposed buss for address and data or are you restricted to being on the other side of I/O registers?  With the speeds of SPI you might be able to use SPI to replace  parallel access.

Yes

Yes.  According to my help, the FSMC peripheral allows direct mapping of external memories into the address space such as SRAM and Flash and on the F4 chip, it includes SRAM.
I did google STM32 and HDMI and I think there is future for this chip and there are 1.6 Ghz dual core ARM chips as well.
